OneSCM automates the tracking and management of supplier compliance with applicable industry regulations.  During the onboarding process, regulatory information is captured and placed into a tracking and alert system.  The supplier is required to:

• Submit regulatory certifications
• Agree to legal terms and conditions
• Keep records current in order to do business and access the system

OneSCM can be configured to do random compliance sweeps, especially on long-lead parts, to prevent any potential disruption in supply.  It also validates all PO's against the supplier's current certification and red-flags any potential compliance issue.  In addition, OneSCM creates detailed electronic data trails for every transaction to provide supporting documentation for internal and external audits.
